TERM TWO in GRAHAMSTAD

A Tale of Two Cities: A Tale of Two Cities

Well, hello. Still nobody knows I have a blogspot. First, I have to learn to use it. Eesh, this is big steps for me guys. Well!!
Just a little bit of my news - I have hit second term like a
hurricane! WOOHOO! Or maybe it hit me like one... this week has been a very thrilling one, to say the least, after a lovely week of holiday over Easter. I went up with a whole bunch of guys from Gtown to a very special wedding, Grahamstown home
grown - Ross and Camilla. They were married on Mills' farm near
Queenstown, amid beautiful oak trees in autumn splendour.

It is very bizarre to think of Ross being married.

So then Melissa and I went back to EL where half of Gtown had come for the holidays so lots of lurking on the beach and coffee shops and going to movies! It was great to see Janna and Denise. So our last night of holiday - at Melissa's house in Kleinmonde was a great break from people... the beach really does something in restoring my soul. it's so much easier to pray on the beach!!! Then of course it was grad weekend, always a happy time of seeing old friends! highlight was seeing Rick on Thursday night.

I am getting really itchy to go!!! Scotland is "burning on my heart" -
it's amazing what God has done in the passion factor in the past few months. It's funny to be feeling from time to time that I don't belong in Gtown anymore - only sometimes - but it happens. I feel like I'm a stone on a catapult and God is stretching the sling back and back and back... I'm absolutely mad to see what God is going to do. I just hope that by the time I go I'm not totally exhausted. I know the second half of the year is always more difficult than the first.
